  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For garnish
  • 4 cups Rice Cooked, for serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season.
Cooking
  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add oil.
  2. Sauté the onions and jalapeño peppers until soft.
  3. Add chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and honey, then pour it over the chicken.
  5. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve the chicken over a bed of rice, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by using less jalapeño or removing the seeds for a milder flavor. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Enhance flavor by marinating the chicken in soy sauce and honey for 30 minutes before cooking. Add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra color and nutrition.
