Preparation
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Fry until browned and cooked through.
- Add diced onions and jalapeño peppers to the pan and sauté until onions are translucent.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey together, then pour over the chicken mixture. Stir well to coat.
- Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over cooked rice.
Notes
Serve hot over rice. Add a side of steamed vegetables or a salad for balance. Adjust jalapeños for spice level preference. Let the sauce simmer longer for thicker consistency.
