Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Chicken thighs Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium Onion Diced
  • 2 medium Jalapeño peppers Diced, adjust number for spice level
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnish
  • 2 cups Rice Cooked
  • 2 tbsp Oil For frying

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Fry until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add diced onions and jalapeño peppers to the pan and sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey together, then pour over the chicken mixture. Stir well to coat.
  4. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over cooked rice.

Notes

Serve hot over rice. Add a side of steamed vegetables or a salad for balance. Adjust jalapeños for spice level preference. Let the sauce simmer longer for thicker consistency.
