Preparation
- To a large mixing bowl, add the chopped meats, cheese, onions, and peppers. Stir to combine.
- In a smaller mixing bowl, add the mayo, sour cream, Italian seasoning, and pepper juice if using. Whisk together until smooth.
- Pour the dressing mixture into the bowl with meats and cheeses. Gently toss until evenly combined.
- Just before serving, stir in the lettuce.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge. Best enjoyed within 2-3 days. Adjust meats and cheese to your taste. For extra crunch, add chopped celery or bell peppers.
