- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil and red wine vinegar until well combined.
- Add in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar. Continue whisking until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Transfer the dressing to a clean jar with a lid and store it in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Prepare a double batch for quick access during the week. Shake before use to re-emulsify.
