Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
Proteins and Cheeses
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced
  • 1/2 cup salami, diced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Dressing and Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, thinly sliced red onion, diced bell peppers, sliced olives, diced pepperoni, diced salami, and cubed mozzarella.
  2. Add grated Parmesan cheese on top, distributing it evenly.
  3. Drizzle with Italian dressing and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss until well combined and serve immediately or chill for an hour beforehand.
