Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle and cut into squares, about 3-4 inches each.
- Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and a slice of pepperoni in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges shut tightly.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Baking
- Place the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
Serving
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Don’t crowd the baking sheet for even baking. Use fresh ingredients and experiment with different fillings as desired.
