Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle and cut into squares, about 3-4 inches each.
  3. Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and a slice of pepperoni in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges shut tightly.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Baking
