- In the Instant Pot, combine shredded chicken, cooked bacon, Ranch seasoning mix, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
- Close the lid and set to 'Manual' on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, quick release the pressure.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
Notes
Serve topped with extra cheese and green onions. Pairs well with crusty bread or crackers. This soup can also be served over rice or pasta.
