Method
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add Rice Krispies and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle in brown sugar and salt. Toast for 3–5 minutes, stirring until golden.
- Transfer to parchment-lined tray and cool completely.
- Gently fold toasted cereal into softened vanilla ice cream. Reserve some for topping.
- Serve immediately or freeze for 1 hour for firmer texture.
Notes
Try swapping the cereal or ice cream flavor. Top with caramel, marshmallows, or serve in waffle bowls for extra crunch!
