  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened slightly
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add Rice Krispies and stir to coat.
  2. Sprinkle in brown sugar and salt. Toast for 3–5 minutes, stirring until golden.
  3. Transfer to parchment-lined tray and cool completely.
  4. Gently fold toasted cereal into softened vanilla ice cream. Reserve some for topping.
  5. Serve immediately or freeze for 1 hour for firmer texture.

Notes

Try swapping the cereal or ice cream flavor. Top with caramel, marshmallows, or serve in waffle bowls for extra crunch!
