Preparation
- Mix the Dijon mustard, honey, and brown sugar together in a small bowl.
- Spread the honey mustard mixture on each side of the four split croissants.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each half of the croissants.
- Top the bottom half of each croissant with however much ham you like.
- Place the two halves back together.
- Wrap the croissants in foil.
Baking
- You can place them in the fridge for later or bake them in a 350°F preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through.
Notes
Serve warm for the best flavor. They pair well with a simple side salad, fresh fruit, or potato chips. Feel free to adjust ham and cheese amounts, or add spices to the honey mustard for extra kick.
