Ingredients
  

For the Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
For the Sandwich
  • 4 pieces croissants, split
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 pound deli ham, any flavor Adjust based on preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the Dijon mustard, honey, and brown sugar together in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the honey mustard mixture on each side of the four split croissants.
  3. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each half of the croissants.
  4. Top the bottom half of each croissant with however much ham you like.
  5. Place the two halves back together.
  6. Wrap the croissants in foil.
Baking
  1. You can place them in the fridge for later or bake them in a 350°F preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through.

Notes

Serve warm for the best flavor. They pair well with a simple side salad, fresh fruit, or potato chips. Feel free to adjust ham and cheese amounts, or add spices to the honey mustard for extra kick.
