Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Honey Adds natural sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Provides a zesty kick.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.

Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breast Lean protein.

Rice

  • 1 cup Brown Rice Hearty base.
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth or Water For cooking the rice.

Toppings

  • 2 ripe Avocados Diced.
  • to taste Cilantro Fresh herb for garnish.

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken

  • In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Rice

  • In a pot, combine rice and chicken broth (or water). Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes until fluffy.

Grill the Chicken

  • Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.

Prepare the Avocado

  • Dice avocados and squeeze lime juice over them to keep fresh.

Assemble the Stack

  • Layer rice on a plate, add grilled chicken, top with diced avocado and cilantro.

Drizzle with Honey Lime Sauce

  • Drizzle leftover honey lime marinade over the top for extra flavor.
