Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  2. Slowly add in the olive oil while whisking continuously for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is well emulsified and slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If desired, mix in any fresh herbs, whisking until combined.
  5. Serve immediately over your favorite salad or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

For the best flavor, let the vinaigrette sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. This dressing is perfect for meal prep and can be made a few days in advance. Shake well before using, as natural separation may occur. Avoid freezing.
