Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with honey and hot sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce, about 1-2 minutes.
- In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and diced cucumber. Toss the ingredients lightly to combine.
- Pour the honey-hot chicken mixture on top of the salad. Use forks or tongs to gently toss everything together.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. If using, crumble blue cheese over the top and give one final toss.
Serving
- Serve immediately while the chicken is warm and the greens are crisp.
Notes
