Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1/4 cup honey Use pure honey for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Can use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic gives the best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For added richness.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on preference.
Salmon
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces Cut into even-sized pieces for even cooking.
Garnishes (optional)
  • sesame seeds For garnish.
  • green onions For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the salmon pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer to keep skin crispy.
