Cooking the Chicken

- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce and honey, stirring until combined and simmer for a couple of minutes to thicken.
Combining Chicken and Sauce
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
- Allow to bubble for another 5 minutes until the chicken is well coated and cooked through.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Notes
Don't rush the searing for a flavorful crust. Adjust sweetness or saltiness to taste. Use different oils for added flavor. Let chicken rest before slicing for juicy bites. This dish is versatile, great served over rice or with veggies.
