- Pat the chicken dry and cut into bite-sized pieces or strips. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Set up a dredging station with one bowl for beaten eggs and another for the flour-cornstarch seasoning mix.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg, then dredge in the flour mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in honey and red pepper flakes. Simmer until bubbly.
- Toss the fried chicken in the honey butter sauce until evenly coated. Let simmer for a minute before serving.
