Preparation
- Add frozen meatballs to the insert of your slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix the hot sauce, honey, brown sugar, and yellow mustard. Stir well until combined.
- Pour the sauce over the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker, and stir to coat them well.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2.5 to 3 hours, or on HIGH for about 1 hour.
- While the meatballs are cooking, stir them occasionally to make sure the sauce doesn’t burn.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with minced fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra heat, add more hot sauce. Stir meatballs occasionally during cooking. For a thicker sauce, mix in cornstarch dissolved in water during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
