Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they have space between them.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce poured over the top.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Chill the meatballs before baking to hold their shape better. Taste test a small patty for seasoning adjustments before baking.
