Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Filling

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices optional

Topping

  • 2 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8-inch thick. Cut into 8 rectangles.
  • On one half of each rectangle, spread a spoonful of pizza sauce, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and add pepperoni slices if using.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges with a fork to seal.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Notes

For extra crispy pockets, add a tiny slit at the top of each before baking. Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings like mushrooms, spinach, or cooked bacon.
