- Mince or mash the garlic with a pinch of salt to form a smooth paste.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic paste, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until creamy and smooth.
- Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 15–30 minutes if time allows.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Not recommended for freezing. For a lighter twist, blend in Greek yogurt or roasted garlic.
