Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced or mashed into paste
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mince or mash the garlic with a pinch of salt to form a smooth paste.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic paste, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until creamy and smooth.
  3. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 15–30 minutes if time allows.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Not recommended for freezing. For a lighter twist, blend in Greek yogurt or roasted garlic.
