Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs can be used for extra crunch.
  • 1 whole egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray For coating the tenders before baking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten egg in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip into the beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spray the tenders lightly with cooking spray.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Cool completely before storing leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
