Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten egg in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip into the beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the tenders lightly with cooking spray.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
Notes
