  • 1 sheet Puff pastry or crescent roll dough Store-bought for ease; puff pastry gives a flaky texture.
  • 1 medium Egg wash (1 egg mixed with water) For brushing; gives a glossy finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry or crescent roll dough to about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide, long enough to wrap around each cocktail sausage.
  4. Wrap each cocktail sausage with a strip of dough, overlapping slightly, and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the top of each wrapped sausage with the egg wash.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Serve warm alongside a mix of delicious dipping sauces.

Keep the dough cold for easier handling. Provide a variety of dipping sauces for an interactive experience. Adjust baking time as needed to achieve the perfect golden brown color.
