- In a medium bowl, mix together the honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add the peanut butter powder and whey protein powder, and mix well until combined.
- Incorporate the oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips, and mix thoroughly. If needed, use your hands for better mixing.
- Roll the mixture into 18 balls.
- If the protein bites are too soft, refrigerate them for a while to achieve the right texture.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for a month. Thaw before enjoying. For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup and use plant-based protein powder.
