- In a small bowl, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter powder, pudding mix, baking powder, and sweetener. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the mug and sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave on medium-high power (about 70%) for 1 to 1 minute and 20 seconds. The cake should be set on the edges with a slightly gooey center.
- Allow the mug cake to cool for a minute before enjoying directly from the mug.

For a dairy-free version, ensure all ingredients, including protein powder and pudding mix, are plant-based. Adjust sweetness to taste, and avoid overcooking to maintain a molten center.
