Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small blender, add the cottage cheese, eggs, and any optional seasonings. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the batter over a prepared sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Allow it to cool. Cut in half if you can’t use the entire wrap to make 2 wraps.
Serving
- Add whatever you like in your wrap and enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with different seasonings and fillings. Let the wrap cool completely before cutting to hold its shape better. Use a non-stick sheet pan or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
