Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese Can use low-fat cottage cheese.
  • 2 whole Eggs Large eggs preferred.
Optional Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small blender, add the cottage cheese, eggs, and any optional seasonings. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter over a prepared sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  2. Allow it to cool. Cut in half if you can’t use the entire wrap to make 2 wraps.
Serving
  1. Add whatever you like in your wrap and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different seasonings and fillings. Let the wrap cool completely before cutting to hold its shape better. Use a non-stick sheet pan or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
