Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter Can substitute with almond or sunflower butter.
  • 1/4 cup honey Add more for sweetness if desired.
  • 1/2 scoop CSE Cookies and cream protein powder Can use chocolate or vanilla protein powder as variation.
  • 1/2 cup oats Provides added nutrition.
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 pieces Oreo cookie thins Regular Oreos can be used instead.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients except for the Oreo cookies.
  2. Mix everything well until combined.
  3. Crush the Oreo cookie thins in a separate bowl.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to make small balls from the mixture.
  5. Roll each ball in the crushed Oreo crumbs, pressing them onto the outside.
  6. Place the balls in the fridge until you are ready to eat.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Can freeze for longer storage.
