- Slice the avocado, drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning, and prepare toast or sweet potato base if using.
- Rinse and halve the strawberries. Optionally toss with a pinch of sea salt or fresh mint.
- Assemble your plate: lay down toast or sweet potato, top with eggs and avocado slices, and serve strawberries on the side or on top.
