Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and fold gently until just combined. Add the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan; smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the treats to cool in the pan for around 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
These treats are delicious on their own or paired with apple cider. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
