Method
- Season and cook beef patties in a skillet or on a grill until browned and cooked through.
- Slice pickles or onions into triangle shapes to form monster teeth. Set aside.
- Top cooked patties with cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
- Lightly toast burger buns. On the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato, then the cheesy patty. Add pickle/onion teeth and drizzle ketchup or mustard for a spooky look.
- Skewer two olives with toothpicks and press into the top bun to create monster eyes. Serve immediately!
Notes
Try different cheeses for colorful monster mouths or add bacon for a crispy touch. Can be prepped in advance and assembled just before serving.
