- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.
- Add the diced tomato, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve immediately as a dip with tortilla chips or as an appetizer.
- If serving later, cover with plastic wrap pressed directly against the guacamole to minimize oxidation.
Notes
Enjoy with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, nachos, or grilled chicken. Can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
