  • 2 pieces bell peppers (any color), diced Use a mix of colors for a vibrant dish.
  • 1 piece onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Spices and Oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing.
For Serving

Method
 

Cooking Process
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in diced bell peppers, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until peppers are tender.
  6. Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as a taco filling.

Notes

Can be served with toppings like salsa, cheese, or avocado for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator and up to 2 months in the freezer.
