  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional) Can be omitted for a lighter dish
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Cooked rice for serving Use white rice, brown rice, or cauliflower rice

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender yet crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), and mix until everything is well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm in a skillet or microwave until hot. You can substitute with other vegetables or add red pepper flakes for heat.
