- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender yet crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), and mix until everything is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm in a skillet or microwave until hot. You can substitute with other vegetables or add red pepper flakes for heat.
