Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup matchstick sliced salami Adds delightful meaty texture.
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed A great source of plant-based protein.
  • 1/3 cup Marinated Red Onion Add jarred ones for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup halved green olives Adds depth and briny goodness.
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella pearls Creamy and tender gems.
  • 1/3 cup small chopped Peppadew peppers Adds unexpected hint of sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4” cubed Manchego cheese Rich and melt-in-your-mouth.
  • 1/4 cup small chopped pepperoncini peppers Pop of tang that balances richness.
  • 1/4 cup chopped marinated onions, drained Extra zing complementing salami and cheese.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, add all the dressing ingredients and shake to combine.
  2. Next, add the salad ingredients to the bowl and toss to combine.
  3. Store the salad in a jar or airtight container and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the flavors mingle by marinating. Use quality ingredients for the best flavor. Feel free to add more mustard or vinegar to adjust the dressing to your taste.
