Marinade

Preparation
  1. Clean the Portobello mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the cleaned mushrooms in the marinade, ensuring they're well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F.
Grilling
  1. Place the marinated mushrooms on the grill, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  2. The mushrooms should become tender and juicy, with a delicious char.
