Ingredients
  

For the Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings Choose both flats and drumettes.
For Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce Frank’s RedHot recommended.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For Asian Marinade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
For Herb and Lemon Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 jd lemon juice and zest From one lemon.
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For Spicy Cajun Rub
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Clean the chicken wings under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Trim any excess skin or fat and separate the wings into flats and drumettes if whole.
  3. Choose your flavor method: marinate the wings in one of the marinades for at least 2 hours or apply your chosen dry rub.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350-400°F).
  2. Place wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, flipping every 5-7 minutes.
  3. Ensure wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove wings from the grill and toss in your chosen sauce if desired.

Notes

For best results, allow marinated wings to rest overnight in the refrigerator before grilling. Serve with a variety of dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese.
