Preparation

Grilling
- Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Place the bronzini on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on one side.
- Carefully flip the fish using a fish spatula and grill for an additional 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
- Remove the bronzini from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes.
