Grapes and Creamy Mixture
  • 2 pounds seedless grapes (red and green)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smoother mix.
  • 1 cup sour cream For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans Add more for crunch or substitute with walnuts.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar Sprinkle on top before serving.

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the grapes, then cut them in half.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the grapes and chopped pecans until well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve this salad cold as a side dish or dessert. It can be served in individual cups or bowls for easy serving. To store leftovers, cover tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container, keeping in the refrigerator for up to three days. Stir gently before serving again. Consider adding mini marshmallows or shredded coconut for a fun twist.
