Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Extra virgin olive oil works well, but feel free to use any neutral oil.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Adds freshness to the dish.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Add the bite-sized pork pieces to the bowl and toss to ensure each piece is coated thoroughly in the marinade.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat, making sure it’s hot but not smoking.
  2. Carefully add the marinated pork bites to the skillet. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Once the pork is browned and no longer pink in the center, remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish. Pair with a fresh green salad or grains. They can also be paired with a crisp white wine or light beer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months.
