- Cook your noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat until it bubbles.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them evenly with the sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is warmed through.
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions and Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Don't overcook the noodles to maintain their texture. Prep ahead by chopping garlic and slicing green onions in advance. Adjust garlic and sauces to suit your taste.
