  • 1/2 cup honey Preferably raw honey for better flavor
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  3. Marinate the pork chops in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sear the pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
