Ingredients
  

Steak Preparation
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes Any tender cut can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For searing.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced For seasoning.
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter For garlic butter.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season the steak.
  • Optional chopped fresh parsley for garnish Garnish for serving.
Parmesan Cream Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter For the sauce.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced For the sauce.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For richness.
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Cheese for the sauce.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste Season to blend flavors.
  • Optional pinch of red pepper flakes For added heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat your steak cubes dry and season them generously with salt and pepper.
Searing the Steak
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak in batches, searing for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Making the Garlic Butter
  1. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the cooked steak back into the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
Preparing the Parmesan Cream Sauce
  1. In a separate saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
Serving
  1. Pour the creamy sauce over the steak bites or serve it on the side.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, dry the steak cubes well before seasoning to achieve a better sear. Do not overcrowd the pan while searing. Consider marinating the steak pieces briefly in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the steak bites and sauce in a skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.
