  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted butter recommended for better flavor control.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances the flavor.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or whole milk.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Chopped parsley Add extra for color and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the cooked gnocchi, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  3. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until creamy and heated through.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
