Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet while cooking the chicken for even cooking and a nice sear. For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in salt, pepper, and a little bit of garlic before cooking. Adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference; more garlic will give you a stronger flavor.
