Preparation

- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, granulated sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Slice the bagels in half and spread the cream cheese filling on each half.
Garlic Butter Mixture and Baking
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, kewpie mayo, oregano, grated parmesan, and salt.
- Brush this garlic butter mixture over the bagels.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet and bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown all around.
Notes
These bagels are best served warm, straight from the oven. They can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. For extra flavor, consider adding spices like red pepper flakes or jalapeños to the filling and garlic butter.
