  • 1 bag Frozen French fries Use your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoons Furikake seasoning Adjust to taste
For the spicy mayo
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can use light mayonnaise if preferred
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha or hot sauce Adjust according to desired spice level
  • optional Green onions Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Deep fry the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with Sriracha or hot sauce to create a spicy mayo.
Serving
  1. Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  2. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the fries and sprinkle with Furikake seasoning.
  3. Optional: Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve hot and fresh for the best taste and texture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
