Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 cups grapes, halved
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits. Toss them gently to mix while keeping the fruits intact.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until fully combined and smooth.
Serving
  1. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit salad. Using a gentle folding motion, toss the fruits to coat them evenly in the dressing.
  2. Serve immediately for the freshest taste or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving if you prefer a chilled dish.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container for up to three days. Freezing is not recommended, but individual fruits can be frozen for smoothies.
