Frosting and Decorations
  • 1-3 jars White Frosting The creamy base for decorations.
  • 1 bottle Edible Gel Food Coloring For adding festive colors to your frosting.
  • 1 pack Edible Gold Stars For sparkle and magic.
  • 1 pack White Pearl Sprinkles For a lovely textured finish.
  • 1 each Icing Bags Essential for decorating.
  • 1 each Frosting Tips (large star – 1M) Perfect for making swirls in your frosting.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to your brownie box instructions. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine both boxes of brownie mix with the ingredients listed on the package.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into your prepared springform pan and bake according to the packaging instructions, typically around 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow the brownie to cool completely in the pan.
Cut and Decorate
  1. Remove the brownie, place it on a cutting board, and cut into 8 triangular slices.
  2. In small bowls, mix the white frosting with red and green food coloring.
  3. Pack the colored frosting into separate icing bags fitted with your favorite frosting tips.
  4. Use the green frosting to create Christmas trees and red frosting for Santa Claus hats decorated with white pearl sprinkles and edible gold stars.
