- In a bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls or bites, about golf ball size.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each bite in flour, dip it into the eggs, and coat it thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pan until it reaches about 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the bites in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Notes
