- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving drippings in the skillet.

- Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until wilted and absorbing flavors.
- Toss in the shrimp and cook until pink and juicy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Fold in the crispy bacon and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Don’t crowd the skillet; cook in batches if needed. Adjust cooking time for shrimp based on size. Leftovers can be stored for 3-4 days and can be turned into an omelet or soup.
