Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt a generous pat of butter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Pour the eggs into the skillet and immediately sprinkle cheese on top.
  2. Cook until the eggs are set and cheese is golden brown.
  3. While eggs are cooking, toast English muffins and spread with butter.
