- Let the butter sit at room temperature until soft and spreadable.
- Finely mince garlic and chop all herbs.
- Combine softened butter, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon zest (if using) in a bowl. Mix until evenly blended.
- Serve immediately or shape into a log on parchment paper, roll and chill for 30 minutes.
Notes
For a stronger garlic flavor, let the butter rest overnight. Customize with red pepper flakes, Parmesan, or citrus zest variations.
